Staff and Family Consultation

Make Desired Changes

This services is for all ages of individuals. I work with the parents, guardians, and/or staff to better support the individual. Some examples of this include:

  • Disability education

  • Identifying, modeling, and implementing best practices

  • Identifying environmental supports

  • Implementing data collection

  • Training on a previously made plan

  • Writing referrals and recommendations

Life Skills

Gain skills for independence in the community and home

This service is for all ages of individuals. We can develop up to 3 goals to work on in any of the following areas:

  • Self-Empowerment

  • Safety Awareness and Self-Advocacy

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness and Effective Social Communication

  • Coping Strategies Regarding Everyday Life Challenges

  • Managing Daily Tasks and Acquiring Adaptive Skills

Stabilization

Facilitate Communication

This service is for all ages of individuals who are needing a higher level of support temporarily. Life Skills and Staff and Family Consultation can be provided for up to 15 hours a month per service for 3 months.
Please check with your Case Resource Manager to see if you qualify for this service.
